I am so happy that I thought of combining these two treats. First, I can have my bulad and all the cauli-rice i want without feeling guilty and weighed down. Second, cauli-rice is actually good for you. 😀 You can even serve this with a hard cooked egg, sunny side up or even scrambled eggs.

What you’ll need:
1 Large or 2 medium heads cauliflower, washed and cut into pieces and place in food processor until it resembles “rice”.
3 tablespoons olive oil
2-3 tablespoons Pria’s Gourmet Bulad
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
parsley, for decoration
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté bulad until slightly crispy.
- Add garlic and cook for about a minute.
- Add cauliflower rice, pepper and sauté until warmed through making sure not to overcook. (I like mine with a little bite to it). Top with parsley and serve. ENJOY 😀
