Experimenting with various recipes can be quite tedious. I am so blessed and happy that i enjoy what I do. Recipes come to mind at weird times of the night, (most come when I’m about to sleep) and I scramble for a pen and paper and jot things down. The downside of this is, I end up wide awake and pumped up at 12 midnight.
This came to me one night and I thought it would taste great together. I did the video tweak in my make shift video area in my house and I was so blessed that it turned out deeelish. Hope you like it too. 😀

Gambas Con Bulad Recipe:
500 grams shrimps, deveined and peeled
3 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp Pria’s Kitchen Gourmet Bulad
to taste black pepper
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and marinate shrimps for about 30 minutes. Set aside.
to finish the Gambas…
3 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
to taste black pepper
1 pc green chilli, seeded and chopped (leave seeds and ribs in for a spicier kick)
- In sauté pan over high heat, add olive oil and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Add chopped green chilli and cook for another 30 seconds. Add shrimps and cook until done. (Do not overcook shrimps or they will be tough) for about 5 minutes. Season with black pepper and salt if desired. Serve over rice, pasta, or on top of crusty bread. Enjoy!!
