I LOVE Korean food. So this is my personal take on a Pinoy bibimbap using our Gourmet Bulad. The addition of crisp seaweed, compliments this dish. The added kimchi adds a kick to it… and the fried egg on top? Champion! 😀 Hope you enjoy this dish.

4 -5 tablespoons Pria’s Kitchen Gourmet Bulad
4 cups rice
1 cup kimchi ( i like the Seoul Brand the best)
1 cup bean sprouts
1 head garlic, minced
4-5 pcs fried eggs
crispy seasoned seaweed
In a wok, heat sesame oil and cook bean sprouts until half cooked. set aside. Add more oil into the wok and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add bulad and cook for about a minute. Add the kimchi and sauté for 2 minutes. Add rice and mix until combined. Season with pepper to your liking.
Place in individual serving bowls and top with fried egg and seasoned seaweed. You may add more kimchi or bulad. Serve.
